Elle Magazine online profiles the hottest "rock hairstyles" with a really interesting list. Of course there's the icons like Madonna, Tina Turner, Cher, Cyndi Lauper, Joan Jett, Debbie Harry, etc. - you know people with recognizable coifs. There are some surprise omissions like Beyonce and Britney, and while their hair isn't necessarily anything unique or creative, it really begs the question - if Britney's shaved head doesn't make the list, should someone like Ciara even be considered?



Well apparently Elle found Ciara and Kerry Hilson worthy of making this list... and I question their sanity
