This is a special post in memory of the kindhearted Lynn Weymark, who we have just learned passed on October 20, 2009.
I was introduced to Lynn around this time last year in our search for a ragdoll kitten. Lynn had a wonderful reputation for her cats. She was very inspiring and patient with us, offering up the best advice she could give us. After many long emails back and forth, Diego, Nicole and I took a ride up to her home in Courtice, Ontario, to pick little Fable up.
Lynn was also well-known within the Canadian wildlife art scene for her beautiful paintings. Her strong appreciation for nature, and talent for creating all things beautiful, made a lasting impression on many people including those living with breast cancer, her art admirers, and pet owners. She will be sincerely missed by us all.

WEYMARK, Lynn Ann . Passed away at her residence in Courtice on Tuesday October
20, 2009 at the age of 46. Beloved spouse of Mario Levert. Loved daughter of Lolly and the late Anna Willkinson, of Picton. Loving mother of Kyle, Josh and Mitchell Weymark. Dear sister of Larry and Randy
Willkinson. Lynn was an accomplished wildlife artist and some of her work may be viewed at www.lynnweymark.com for those who wish to enjoy it and
remember Lynn.
