3rd - 4 Movies Review!

A bit much, wasn't it? Ok I really liked the mysterious storyline of the secretive rich family living on an island. The mystery that went with the weird relatives was very intriguing. What I didn't like is how they had to show all the dead women and how they were killed. Most of all Lisbeth getting raped was NOT pleasing. If you want to watch this movie make sure you have a strong stomach and enjoy. 

Oh, was I the only one to notice that Lisbeth's body structure was.... different...? That actress is a chameleon! 

 

Did You Hear About the Morgans?

Whoever thought that this wasn't gonna be a cheesy romantic comedy was obviously disappointed. I must say I always find it amusing watching people from the big city going into the country because that's probably what Nicole, Ty and I must have looked like when we went across Canada. eh eh eh. Back to the movie, I really didn't mind this movie, it was entertaining and had some funny bits where I literally laughed out-loud. It was everything I thought it was gonna be, and sometimes that's just what you need. 

Creation

Darwin.... Before I started watching this movie I thought it would have been about Charles Darwin's theories and how he came up with them. Instead, it was about his INCREDIBLY depressing family life. The acting in the movie is definitely great but the sadness of the story is simply too thick to break through. You know when you watch those movies and you think "I really hope I'm not gonna think about this when I'm having a bad day..." This movie was one of "those". I can't say I would watch it again but it's pretty informative if you want to know about Darwin's life.

Kick-Ass

Kick-Ass is undoubtedly a fun movie. Well.... a "different" kind of fun but fun nonetheless. The quick speed of the movie and cleverness of the characters is quite entertaining. One thing that I found quite unexpected was the things that came out of that girl's mouth were very vulgar for her age. Don't know how they got away with it but it sure makes the movie even more funny. It is quite bloody so bring a barf bag if you can't stand blood, otherwise sit back and enjoy.
